Airspace Acuity compiles, enriches, and organizes publicly available FAA OE/AAA data into a proprietary database. While the underlying government data remains in the public domain, the selection, arrangement, enrichment, cross-referencing, and derived analytics constitute original work protected by copyright and trade secret law.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative databases from Airspace Acuity data in whole or in substantial part without explicit written authorization. Bulk extraction, systematic scraping, or any attempt to replicate the dataset is strictly prohibited.
API access is governed by your subscription tier. Free Trial users are limited to 100 requests per day. Pro subscribers may make up to 10,000 requests per day. Enterprise subscribers receive elevated limits subject to fair use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for any account that exceeds reasonable usage thresholds or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
Subscribers may use Airspace Acuity data internally for project planning, site evaluation, and permitting support. You may not:
Airspace Acuity processes FAA data in good faith but makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Users are responsible for independent verification of critical data points. The platform is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional engineering or legal review.
The methodologies, algorithms, and data processing techniques employed by Airspace Acuity are proprietary and confidential. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of these methods is prohibited.
