Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth — we do not store or have access to your password.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Stripe provides us with a customer identifier and subscription status.
Usage data. We log API requests for rate limiting and export tracking purposes. This includes your API key identifier, endpoint accessed, timestamp, and — for CSV exports — the number of rows exported.
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Airspace Acuity platform:

Airspace Acuity uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication session management via Supabase Auth. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts.
Your account information is retained for as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained on a rolling basis for rate limit enforcement. Export usage records are retained for the current billing period. If you cancel your account, your personal information is deleted within 30 days.
API keys are stored as cryptographic hashes — we cannot recover your key after it is created. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase Auth. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Database access is restricted by Row-Level Security policies.
